Private collection, Switzerland, for several generations.

Our thanks to Dr Luuk Pijl who has indicated on the basis of a photograph that stylistically the work may be compared with the works of Mattheus Molanus (1591–1645) or possibly Christoffel van der Berghe (1590–1645).
