Fine Furniture: One of Koller's Mainstays

Fine furniture has always ranked among Koller’s most important departments. Established by founder Pierre Koller and expanded by Luca Raschèr, the furniture department regularly achieves top results, placing Koller among the world's leading auctioneers for 18th and 19th century furnishings. Important furniture of courtly provenance enjoys great popularity among buyers with exquisite taste and attract an international clientele to Zurich. However, collectors will also find a broad offer of beautiful furniture of civil origin ranging from the Swiss Renaissance to Viennese Biedermeier. The department’s expertise is rounded off by a specialization in important clocks, tapestries and bronzes.
