BOX, so-called "MINNEKÄSTCHEN",
Gothic, France, 15th century.
Wooden core, lined with embossed leather, decorated with spirals. Iron bands as reinforcement and iron lock (possibly later). Rectangular box with hinged cover, wrought-iron handle.
