PAIR OF PORCELAIN FIGURES MOUNTED AS CANDELABRA

The porcelain, Japan, Kakiemon, late 17th century, the gilt bronze mountings probably England, late 18th/early 19th century.
Designed as seated boys, with helmet-like headgear, each with a small dog in his lap. Three curved light branches with leaf decoration. Mounted on a flat base with spherical feet.
22/24 × 16 × 32,5 cm.

Gilding rubbed. Minor losses. One spherical foot repaired.
