Innsbruck, ca. 1800. The movement signed Johann Schiestel in Insbruck.
Wood, carved with leaves, branches and floral garlands, and gilt. Portal-shaped case. The top features an oval medallion with a portrait of a gentleman in profile. White enamel dial, movement with lever escapement, striking the 1/4-hour on two bells (1 bell missing). Repetition on demand, striking mechanism can be switched off.
