LARGE CARTONNIER,late Louis XV, Paris, 19th century Tulipwood veneer inlaid with reserves and fillets. The front with 8 drawers lined with red leather. With gilt bronze mounts and sabots and shaped "Griotte Rouge" top. 210x32x110 cm. Provenance: - formerly Patinio collection, France. - Sotheby's Monte Carlo 8.2.1981 (Lot No288). - Swiss private collection.

Rosenholz gefriest sowie mit Reserven und Filets eingelegt. Prismierter Korpus auf wellig ausgeschnittener Zarge mit kurzen, geschweiften Beinen. Front mit 8 mit rotem, goldgepresstem Leder bezogenen Schubladen auf 4 Reihen. Vergoldete Bronzebeschläge und -sabots. Profilierte "Griotte Rouge"-Platte. 210x32x110 cm.
