GENTLEMAN'S WRISTWATCH, PATEK PHILIPPE, "HOURGLASS", ca. 1950. Yellow gold 750. Ref. 2456. Rectangular case No. 669848 with slightly concave sides, very convex crystal, attaches integrated in the case. Silver-coloured dial, appliqued arrow indices and gold hands, small second at 6h. Hand winder, form movement, No. 974309, lever movement with Breguet balance spring, beryllium balance, fine adjustment, 18 rubies. Black leather band with gold-plated clasp, not original. L 39 mm. D 39 x 23 mm.

Handaufzug, Formwerk, Nr. 974309, Ankerwerk mit Breguetspirale, Beryllium-Balancier, Feinregulierung, 18 Rubine. Schwarzes Lederband mit vergoldeter Schnalle, nicht original. L 39 mm. D 39 x 23 mm.
