Quadratisches Gehäuse Nr. 4233 mit saphirbesetzter Krone und Roségold-Boden, graviert Cartier New York. Lünette und Attachen ganz ausgefasst mit zahlreichen Diamantrosen. Rundes Werk mit Genfer-Streifen, Breguetspirale, Bimetall-Balancier, wohl European Watch. Kristallglas leicht verkratzt. Feines Platinband mit Roségold Faltverschluss und diamantbesetztem Schnallenmotiv.
