ENAMEL SNUFF-BOX FOR THE TURKISH MARKET, probably Geneva, ca. 1840.

Pink gold, 72g.
A box of oval section decorated with gold foliage and green champlevé enamel, the cover panel and the two sides polychrome enamelled with a flower bouquet on a green ground. A section damaged and partially restored. Austrian import marks 1891-1901. Ca. 7,4 x 4,7 x 1,9 cm.
