A BRONZE FIGUR OF THE STANDING SHIVA.

India, Kerala, 18th c. Height 28 cm. Chips.
Shiva steht auf einem runden Sockel, in den erhobenen Händen hält er seine Attribute Axt und Gazelle. Er ist reich geschmückt, wie auch seine Flechtenkrone, die ein Bildnis der Göttin Ganga und einen Halbmond aufweist. Best.
