Louis XV, by J. BOCAULT (Jean Bocault, maître 1728), signed B. MAUCUY (Blaise Maucuy, maître 1758), Paris ca. 1760.
Beech, molded and exquisitely carved with flowers, leaves, cartouches and decorative frieze, and gilt. Green velour cover with decorative bullen nails. Label of the former owner written in ink.
