Louis XVI, Paris ca. 1780. The dial signed LACAN À PARIS (probably Henri Charles Jean Lacan, maître as of 1773).
Gilt bronze. With a vase on top and decorated with laurel garlands (repaired). White enamel dial. Movement with verge escapement, striking the 1/2-hour on bell.
