Platinum and white gold 750.
Rare open work brooch, decorated with foliage and lace details, set with 1 very fine, lozenge-shaped aquamarine of ca. 108 ct and 80 circular- and single-cut diamonds totalling ca. 1.00 ct. Ca. 7,5 x 4,5 cm. Detachable brooch mechanism.
