The Fall of Man, probably 1510. Sheet 2 from the series: The Small Passion.
Woodcut. On laid paper with medium Imperial Orb watermark (fragmented, Meder 56).
12.7 x 9.8 cm. Framed.

Bartsch 17; Meder 126 a/of c (without text); Schoch/Mende/Scherbaum 187. - Clear and even impression, slightly weaker areas at the upper edge, with framing line. There, subtle browning. Remnants of old mounting at the upper edge verso, which pushes through to the recto. Overall in good condition.

- Collection of prints at the Albertina Vienna and doublet stamp of the Albertina Vienna, Lugt 5e.
