Woodcut on laid paper with watermark 'Augsburger Wappen mit Anhänger A, aber ohne M' (see Meder 177, c. 1566-1600).
39.1 x 28.4 cm (sheet size: 42 x 31.2 cm).

Bartsch 128; Meder 266 d (of f, with the enlarged mountain gap upper right). - Excellent, deep black, even impression with margin (approx. 1.5 cm) around the framing line. This retraced with brush and black ink. The paper with minor foxing and slight browning. The lower right corner with crease. Remains of old mounting on the reverse. Rare in such an attractive impression quality and condition.
