ECUELLE WITH SAUCER 'AUX FÊTES GALANTES',

Meissen, ca. 1745-1750.
The lateral handles designed as branches and decorated with applied blossoms. Featuring courtly scenes in the tradition of the 'fêtes galantes' by Jean-Antoine Watteau (1684-1721). Underglaze blue sword marks.
Minor chips. (3)

Provenance:
- from a German private collection.
