India, Mughal 17th c. Miniature 20x9.8 cm, folio 35.5x ca. 24 cm.
Pigment colours and gold on paper. Laid down on an album page with gilt floral decorated borders. Verso handwriting and stamps as well as a leaf with typed notes identifying the courtier as Lashkar Khan.
