A FINE BRONZE FIGURE OF BUDDHA SHAKYAMUNI.

China, Ming dynasty, dated 6th year of Chenghua (1471), height 41 cm.
At the back of the lotus throne dated donor's inscription of a certain Duan Sheng from the village of Zhangxitun.

Provenance: Ex Jacques Barrère, Paris. With a certificate from 1972 by J.C. Moreau-Gobard. German private collection.

精美的青銅釋迦摩尼佛像。

中國,明代,落款明代成化六年 (1471年),高41釐米。
佛像蓮花寶座後附供養人題詞。
