PAIR OF PAINTED CONSOLES,

Louis XV, Venice ca. 1745/50.
Wood, exquisitely carved with shells, cartouches, foliage and decorative frieze, painted light green and parcel-gilt. Grey/beige speckled marble top, probably replaced. Some losses and restorations.
100x52x83 cm.

Provenance:
- from a German collection.
