PRINCELY DAGGER,
"Kindjal", Caucasus, 18th century.
Silver, chased with tendrils and in part decorated with niello, and ivory inlaid with gold. The sheath with a small enamel cartouche (chipped). Double-edged blade, the top engraved with tendrils and marked. The pommel of the sheath, broken-off (included). Ivory grip, cracked.
