BOWL WITH OPENWORK AND RARE KAKIEMON DECORATION,

Meissen, c. 1730. Aeskulapstab mark (1722 to 1731).
The form and decoration after a Japanese model, ominaeshi and bamboo. The edge with pierced decoration of overlapping rings, painted in Kakiemon style. Underglaze blue caduceus mark, incised mark / in the base ring.
D 15.2 cm. Minor edge chip.
