PLATE WITH OPENWORK AND "EICHHÖRNCHEN-DEKOR",

Meissen, design probably by Johann Friedrich Eberlein and Johann Gottlieb Ehder, c. 1740-1750.
Painted in Kakiemon style with grapes and a flying squirrel amidst a rice hedge with tendrils. Underglaze blue sword mark, Pressnummer 21.
D 23.3 cm.
