Oil on canvas, original canvas. Verso with some restored canvas tears. Paint surface well-preserved with a very fine net of craquelures. Old retouching visible in parts.
Under UV-light: touch-ups along the edges and in the background. Further small touch-ups on the clothes, the hair and the flesh tones of the figure. Varnish appears in fluorescent green.
