Audemars Piguet, very rare, skeleton wristwatch, 1981.

Yellow gold 750.
Ref. 10D 64162. Flat case no. B 40298, with finely engraved, manually-wound, skeleton movement no. 198704, cal. 2003. The movement is substantially made of yellow gold 585. AP crocodile leather band with original tang buckle in gold. D 34 x 27 mm.
