Oban, all dated Meiji 27 (1894).
Woodblock print. Two triptychs by Utagawa Kokunimasa (1874-1944): "The Battle of Asan in Korea" (Chôsen Asan rikugun Ôshima shôshô yûsen no to) and "The Sinking of the Imperial Chinese Battleship" (Shinkoku gunkan hinbotsu). Also, three tritpychs by Toyohara (Yôshû) Chikanobu (1838-1912) with i.a. an image of the crucial and fiercely contested Battle of Asan (Asan ichidai no to gekisen). (5)
