Ref. 46776037. Case No. 78066995 with diamond bezel (42 diamonds totaling 1.61 ct) and screw-down exhibition back. Fine dial with mother-of-pearl sub-dials, date at 10h. Automatic chronograph movement with co-axial escapement in chronometer quality. Leather band with original fold-over clasp in gold. D 35 mm.
