SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND RING, BY CARTIER, ca. 1980.

Yellow gold 750.
Of cross-over design, set with 1 pear-shaped sapphire of ca. 1.00 ct, resp. 1 pear-shaped diamond of ca. 0.80 ct, and pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds weighing ca. 1.30 ct, resp. sapphires totalling ca. 1.30 ct. Engraved no. 12134, not signed, ring size has been enlarged. Size ca. 55.
