Polished case No. 233563 with engraved initials "HR". Dust cover, signed and engraved with Patek Philippe manufacturer's representative: "Maison Ancely Louis Girard Succ. Toulouse". Enamel dial, signed Patek Philippe & Cie. with very fine hairline cracks. Very well-preserved movement No. 124413 with Breguet spring, compensation balance, mustache escapement, and eccentric regulator. D 48.5 mm.
With original box, warranty certificate, and replacement glass.
