Set with 1 cushion-shaped Kashmir sapphire of 5.43 ct, not heated, slight traces of wear, surrounded by circular-cut diamonds totalling ca. 1.00 ct, the ring shoulders decorated with palmette motifs. Slight traces of repair at the back. Size ca. 54.
