Designed as a stylised flower, set with 1 cushion-shaped sapphire of 6.24 ct, the petals decorated with round rose-cut diamonds and enhanced with brilliant-cut diamonds, the ring shoulders pavé-set with 106 brilliant-cut diamonds. Total weight of diamonds ca. 2.09 ct. Size ca. 52.
