Japan, Taisho-/early Showa period, height 51.5 cm.
Ivory, coloured details. Signed in a red lacquer reserve Hanamitsu.

Provenance: Old Swiss private collection purchased in the 1950s and 1960s in Asia. Thence by descent to the grandchildren.
