CEYLON SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND JABOT PIN AND RING, BY CARTIER, ca. 1960.

Elegant jabot pin, set with 1 Ceylon sapphire of ca. 2.20 ct, not heated, surrounded by marquise- and brilliant-cut diamonds, the clasp enhanced with 3 marquise- and 1 brilliant-cut diamond. Total weight of diamonds ca. 1.30 ct. Signed Cartier, no. T0234 (?), indistinct. Clasp mechanism white gold 750. L ca. 6 cm. Matching ring, set with 1 cushion-shaped Ceylon sapphire of ca. 2.00 ct, not heated, within a surround of marquise- and brilliant-cut diamonds totalling ca. 0.70 ct. Signed Cartier Paris, no. 018170. Size ca. 51.
