ARMORIAL PANEL LUCERNE

Lucerne, dated 1618. Monogrammed DT and inscribed 'Die lobliche Statt Lucern 1618'.
The coat of arms of the City of Lucerne below the crowned Imperial Eagle, held by two lions, one holding a sword, the other one holding the Lucerne standard. Inscribed on the bottom on a cartouche. Framed and verso with applied glass.
49 × 32 cm, with frame 53.5 × 37 cm.

Various repaired cracks.
