'The Exorcist' is an American supernatural horror film from 1973 that was one of the most successful films in history. Linda Blair played the character Regan MacNeil, for which she won a Golden Globe Award and received a nomination for an Academy Award.

The movie follows the demonic possession of a young girl played by Blair and her mother's attempt to rescue her through an exorcism conducted by a pair of Catholic priests.

These two plaster face masks made from Blair’s face were handmade by the special FX department of the movie, and in the production they were used as make up test masks for Linda Blair. The two casts are accompanied by a glass-framed photo, with an original autograph by Linda Blair.
