Designed as a stylised leaf, set in the centre with 21 citrines of ca. 3.00 ct, minimal traces of wear, the stem and central leaf-vein set with 32 circular- and single-cut diamonds of ca. 0.60 ct. Signed Cartier, Paris, no. NT2732. L ca. 8 cm.
