ALLIANCE ARMORIAL PANEL OF KASPAR MANGELT ANDSUSANNA ROTHIN SEIN ELICHE HAUSFROUW

Switzerland, dated 1602.
The lower third features a round central coat-of-arms cartouche with monogram NAM with helmet and crest, above, a person with the letter N. Below, three other coat- of-arms with helmet and crest. Above, figurative depiction with a naked woman, between two inscriptions. Three images on top, featuring a group of crosses between the Adoration of the Shepherds and the Adoration of the Magi. The lower corners with cartouches inscribed: Kaspar Stammer and Maister zu... Madoner. Wooden frame.
37 × 28.5 cm.

Various repairs to the lead, small cracks.
