Condition:
Oil on panel, consisting of two horizontal panels. Verso with vertical wooden battens. Paint surface shows a slight degree of wear in parts, with fine craquelure in places. Superficial soiling and sporadic small colour losses visible. Former retouching visible in places. The horizontal join is visible and partially retouched. Colour abrasions along the edges.
Under UV light: several retouches in the sky and in the landscape. Further smaller retouches on the figures. Varnish appears in fluorescent green.
Dimensions with frame: 72 × 104 cm.
