Portrait miniature of a lady. In an oval, blue-enameled, double-sided frame with a gilt mount. Back with reverse glass miniature in grisaille, depicting a putto over a crown, an urn and a grave. Inscribed "SAC.(D) TO INNOCENCE". Mixed media on ivory.
