PATEK PHILIPPE WRISTWATCH, ca. 1970s. White gold 750. Ref. 3622-1, square case No. 2760122, broad lunette set throughout with ca. 100 diamonds, square sapphire glass, pressed back. Blue lapis lazuli dial with diamond indices, white gold hands. Round, hand winding movement No. 1275753, Cal. 16-250. Integrated braided band in white gold with ladder clasp (total length 16.5 cm). D 32 x 32 mm.

Ref. 3622-1, quadratisches Gehäuse Nr. 2760122, breite Lunette ausgefasst mit ca 100 Diamanten, quadratisches Safirglas, gedrückter Gehäuseboden. Blaues Lapislazuli-Zifferblatt mit gefassten Diamanten als Indizes, Weissgoldzeiger. Rundes Handaufzugwerk Nr. 1275753, Cal. 16-250.
