PAIR OF PORTE-TORCHERES "AUX TETES DE BELIERS",

Louis XVI, probably Piedmont, ca. 1780/90.
Fluted and profiled wood, and opulently carved with ram heads, foliage and decorative frieze, and gilt. Slightly protruding "Carrara" marble top. Some losses and restorations.
D 45 cm. H 85 cm.

Provenance:
- from a French collection.
