MILK JUG WITH CHINOISERIE DECORATION. Meissen, circa 1740. With a rocaille handle heightened in purple. Painted on both sides in the style of A.F.v. Löwenfinck with two Chinese figures, flanked by Indianishe Blumen. The lid with Chinese plants and pine finial. Lid non-matching. Underglaze blue sword mark. Restoration on the spout. H 14.5cm.
