Large decorative brooch in the shape of a stylised flower, and set with 89 white and light off-white natural pearls with a ca. 4.35 to 8.91 mm Ø, almost round to bouton-shaped with 47 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling ca. 2.50 ct inbetween.
