The florally designed pendant set with 2 fine sapphire drops totalling 5.68 ct and 2 diamond drops mounted under a chain link held by a round, open-worked decorative part, entirely set with 304 brilliant-cut diamonds. Total weight of the diamonds ca. 11.55 ct. L ca. 76 cm.
