Very decorative "Entourage" model, the top set with 1 fine, oval, Columbian emerald cabochon of ca. 9.70 ct, untreated, surface with light signs of wear, surrounded by 24 old mine cut diamonds totalling ca. 0.50 ct. White gold shank, not original. Size 52. With Gemlab Report No. 1794/08.
