Movement and dial of a Patek Philippe pocket watch. Enamelled dial with Roman numerals and blue-Breguet hands, chrono hand, small second, signed Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève. Lever movement with Breguet spring and bimetal balance, signed, No. 90494. Black leather band, not original. D 50 mm. With copy of letter of confirmation by Patek Philippe with respect to the movement, 1988.
