CARVED AND PAINTED CABINET ON CHEST,
late Baroque, in the Venetian style, Austria, 19th century.
Wood, pierced and richly carved with flower bouquets, rocailles, foliage, cartouches, scrolls and vases, painted green and parcel-gilt, and painted with flowers and birds. Lower part with drawer below pull-out writing surface. Top part with large door over inclined drawer.
