AN EXCELLENT BRONZE FIGURE OF A BODHISATTVA
Tibeto-chinese, 16th/17th c. Height 25.6 cm.
Strongly influenced by the imperial styles of Yongle and Xuande, the richly adorned bodhisattva is seated in padmasana on a fine lotus base. Unsealed.

漢藏風格，16至17世紀。高 25.6 釐米。
造像深受永樂、宣德年間宮廷風格影響，菩薩裝飾繁麗，結蓮花坐於精緻蓮座之上，未封底。
來源：鹿特丹VAN TARPEN 私人收藏；1980 年代初歸馬塞爾・尼斯收藏；1999 年由羅伯特・比格勒收藏；2000 年起歸瑞士私人收藏（可提供羅伯特・比格勒 2000 年 1 月 12 日出具的購買發票）。刊載於馬塞爾·尼斯編纂之《喜馬拉雅藝術》圖錄，編號60（頁32），1982年。
