Zweitüriger rotbrauner Lackkasten mit gravierten Bronzebeschlägen. Innen thront Kannon Bosatsu auf einem Felsen, die eine Hand im Gewand verborgen, die andere auf dem Knie ruhend. Eine ringförmige Aureole umschliesst das mit einem Schleier geschmückte Haupt.
