IMPORTANT BUREAU CABINET, Baroque, Vienna, ca. 1760/70. Cherry and local fruitwoods in veneer with fine inlays, partly carved and parcel-gilt. The front with broad central drawer above large knee hole with footrest, flanked on each side by 6 drawers in 3 rows. Hinged central writing surface flanked on each side by 1 smaller writing surface, both surrounded by 2 stacked drawers on each side. The upper section lined inside with beige fabric. Fine, matte and polished gilt bronze mounts and applications. 296x90x(open 130)x256 cm. Provenance: - acquired on 4 November 1960, Fornach, Vienna. - from the Kremayr Collection, Vienna. - from an Austrian private collection.

PAINTED CUPBOARD,Untermünkheim, Johann Michael Rössler, dated 1840. Pinewood, painted with flowers, birds, a fruit basket, a cornucopia filled with flowers, and a young woman in an oval medallion on a blue ground. Rectangular cupboard with one door. Brass escutcheon (damaged). 107x44x184 cm. Lock removed. Shelves, in part later.

CONSOLE DE CHASSE,Regence, France, 18th century. Oak, decorated with carved leaves, flowers and rocailles. Curved faux marble top (later) , curved legs. 186x68x85 cm. Some losses. Probably formerly gilt and with marble top.

Rectangular body, with an architectural front with a central door between 2 drawers, each flanked by 4 drawers. The door opening up into 7 drawers. Behind removable pillars: 8 secret drawers. Bronze mounts (in part later). On a later stand with turned legs. Cabinet: 137x43x85 cm. H with stand: 169 cm.
