LARGE LOT WITH MINIATURE DECORATIVE ITEMS - former Kofler-Truniger collection
Probably Achaemenid, 5th–4th century BC.
Chased gold sheet comprising: 5 rectangular strips with serrated edges, 9 ducks, 7 rosettes, 4 winged hybrid creatures, 5 palmettes, 3 striding lions, 2 small eagles, 5 grotesque masks, 5 crescent moons, 3 shields, 7 eagles, 8 pearl pendants, 6 pearl pyramids, 2 simple creole earrings, 7 carnelian pendants. Mounted on a black fabric pedestal and on Plexiglas.
Pedestal: 15 × 20 cm, plexiglass: 5.3 × 9.8 cm, earrings: W 2.7 cm and 2.9 cm.
Fragmentary. Some larger losses and breaks.

- Swiss private collection, Lucerne, acquired from the above in ca. 1974.
- By inheritance in the same Swiss family collection, Lucerne.
